PROOF OF ORDER

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

ARTICLE 8. DELIVERY

We prepare each order within 2 working days maximum, so that you receive your nuggets as quickly as possible and generally within 1 week. As soon as the package is sent, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor its arrival. CONDITIONING

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHECKING PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT
The Philanthropist reminds that it is the Customer's responsibility to inspect their packages upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person and to immediately notify the carrier and the Philanthropist's customer service (by email to cherphilanthrope@gmail.com) of any anomaly observed ( shock, damaged package, delivery date not in accordance with the normal delivery service deadlines). CARRIER RELATED DELIVERY DELAYS

DAMAGED PACKAGES
The Customer must check the condition of the package in front of the carrier and make the necessary reservations on the delivery slip in the event of partial or total damage. ARTICLE 9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND EXCHANGE
LEGAL PERIOD FOR WITHDRAWAL

If the deadlines are not respected, the Philanthropist will not be able to reimburse the Client.
